Great beauty salon - a lovely warm welcome, very clean and nicely decorated, my wax was professional, quick and painless as it can be! Will absolutely come back for this and other treatments.

I really used to love coming here, but the last two times I’ve felt like more of a nuisance than a welcome customer. The manicure wasn’t great either - rushed and blobby. I really want to support this small, local business but I think it’s important to give honest feedback in the hope it will help Lossyma Spa make the necessary improvements.
