I booked this as a present for my wife having previously used Lorraine. My wife really enjoyed the experience, was pleased with the results and found Lorraine very thorough. She has also mentioned that she also book the same for her Mum in the future.

I would highly recommend Lorraine to everyone. On arrival she was warm and welcoming and the deep tissue massage was fantastic. I try to have massages on a regular basis and have struggled to find someone local who can measure up to some of the amazing therapists I have met on holiday. Lorraine exceeded my expectations and goes above and beyond to make it a comfortable and relaxing experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I have struggled with acne since the age of 12, I have tried pretty much everything to help calm and stop my spots but nothing has seemed to make a big difference until i started going to Lorraine for facials. I was recommended to see her by a friend and i was nervous at first because i am self-conscious about taking my make-up off in front of anyone because of my bad skin but Lorraine was so friendly and inviting she made me feel relaxed. She was gentle on my skin and explained everything she was using, which was nice because i can find some therapists to be impersonal and it feels like they don't care about your skin whereas i could tell Lorraine genuinely wanted to help me! I started going regularly, once a month, and with the deep exfoliation and extraction of the black heads etc i really started to notice a difference! The dermalogica products she used are really effective and i also use them at home, but i find my skin really benefits from the regular facials. I have seen a dramatic difference in my skin it is a lot clearer and calmer now. Lorraine also has been helping with a little bit of scarring i have with her Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion treatment which has been great! I cannot recommend Lorraine highly enough she is caring, friendly and professional. She knew exactly how to help my skin and it has been successful, also her massages are amazing! I liked the fact it was in her home because it made me feel more relaxed and i didn't have to see anyone else when i left from the treatment, like you do on a high street salon. Lorraine takes extra special care and i am recommending her to all my friends and family!
Lorriane gave me a fantastic facial and sound advice on skin care ; care and advice tailored to meet my skins needs- as a result I use the routine she has suggested and my skin quality has greatly improved- am going back for another facial in march and am considering other treatments in the future. Lovely surroundings -very professional and very relaxing service 10 out of 10.
