People walking in and out of the room and chatting whilst I was having my treatment. Door wasn't even closed so could hear other people chatting to their therapists. Not relaxing at all. No explanation given of the treatment or aftercare. No questions asked about any potential allergies to products that I might have. Really wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Staff go above and beyond to make u comfortable and relaxed. Massages are very professional and they have diffrent machines to use for you to achieve the maximun best during your time with them. I will highly recommend Loren'sthetic to anyone who wants to achieve the best service at a very reasonable price. You will be treated like family at all times.

From the moment I walk into Loren-sthetics I’m always welcomed with a warm greetings from both Loren and Alex. They ways make me feel comfortable before I start my massage, what I like in particular is Alex (my masseuse) always follows up on my previous session to keep up on my progress and journey. Alex also gives me tips and guidelines on my diet to achieve the best results which works hand in hand with my massage. I would highly recommend theirs service as they never disappoint.
