I should have realised what I was in for when I had to get undressed in front of the therapist. She did not leave and come back like everyone else does. I was asked to turn over and was not covered. I wasn’t allowed any modesty. I paid for a relaxing massage. My skin was pinched and I ended up having reflexology, all my limbs being swung round and shaken. There wasn’t an element of relaxation.
