I arrived at the salon and paid £2.50 for the parking. When I went in I was told that Jo was off sick. I said couldn’t someone of called me. I tasked if they would refund me the parking the young girl with a bad Attitude said no. Very unprofessional and not pleasant. I will not be returning and certainly wouldn’t recommend
