I arrived on time only to be left waiting for 10mins with no info about how long I'd need to wait whilst I heard the staff talking amongst themselves. Hairwash was okay, bit too heavy-handed. I had a wet cut, the cut itself seems good but despite the rough dry at the end it was still soaking when I left. Overall the customer services & professionalism skills leave a lot to be desired but the salon interior and the hair-cut are okay. I won't be going back in a flash.
