The salon is very friendly and welcoming, nice staff and you feel looked after.
I was highly delighted with my service, right from the start. There had been a slight problem with my booking availability made through treatwell but the Salon were quick to respond and offered me a number of alternatives in order to make amends. They were very efficient in doing this which gave a very good first impression. They also quickly notified treatwell of a price change and a refund was issued swiftly.
As a none regular to hair salons, due to previous poor experiences, I was delighted to find that my stylist had a wealth of knowledge about my questions, I was given lots of great advice about products and how to manage my hair. Amber is the first hairdresser I have visited who has actually cut my hair exactly the way I requested. She took time to listen to what I wanted and I left the salon with exactly that.
I will definitely become a regular client of Amber, not only did she do what I'd asked she was very pleasant in demeanour polite and interactive. A very positive experience all round, thank you.
I saw Amber for a restyle on friday. Amber listened and advised on what would work best with my hair and proceeded to give me a fabulous hair experience. The salon was warm and staff were extremely friendly,I was made to feel at ease and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there for which I will be returning and recommending to friends.
I have to wait 30 mins for my appointment but it was worthed to wait. Have a best treatment ever. Friendly staff. Defiantly come back. Thanks Amber. Xxx
