Yesterday I went to LondonCryo to try compression therapy for the first time, and it was a game changer! The 20-minute session focussed on my lower body, using inflatable boots/leggings with pulsing and sequential pressure to massage the legs, boost blood circulation, flush out lactic acid, and reduce inflammation and swelling. As someone who works out regularly, I’m often sore and tight, so after the session I felt so much lighter and pain-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for compression therapy on a regular basis, especially as they also offer arm and glute attachments. I also have to thank the wonderful Kelly on reception, who carefully and cheerfully explained the process to me, helped me choose the right pressure for the session, and advised me on other beneficial treatments as well as membership tiers. I highly recommend LondonCryo to anyone looking to optimise their health and performance.
