Abena is very rude as a person and treats her clients badly. I merely pointed out I waited 10 mins for her on the 18th floor and that the reception downstairs should have told me to go 16th floor - that would have been my 10 mins doing my lashes. She said it's not her problem and did not even apologise. I will not use her as she is arrogant and does not treat her customers well.
