I turned up to my appointment at 6.30. I was told the therapist would be 5 mins. 25 mins later I was still waiting. I then requested a refund as of yet nothing has been processed.

Really really good place! I had been checking the reviews previously as it was the first time for me. I liked it a lot! Very good service, and the wax is also very good quality. Kelly was so talented for waxing. I am happy to recommend her for everyone.
