I was welcomed by a lovely and polite man at reception! And then was met by Sabina downstairs - great customer service from start to finish. Sabina did a wonderful job with the wax and tripled checked all hairs were removed. Great personality and fun chat. Highly recommend the waxing services there and will definitely be coming back!
