A very targeted and calming deep tissue massage with some breathing exercises incorporated. A deep understanding of relationship of body and mind without being routine or tokenistic. Listened, shared and open to both quiet or chat. Lovely room and great music! I'll definitely go to Jess again and share with others.

Jessica was amazing i managed to book a last min same day appt for a sore back/neck and she really helped with the pain - will definitely be going back on a regular basis
