The massage itself was brilliant, but when I arrived (around 5 minutes before my appointment) there was no one to let me in. So I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was let into the waiting room and my massage was cut short by about 10 minutes. They are really nice but it's clear they are new and still sorting things out!

Found my new facial hub. Not only was it clean and items used of single clinical use, the experience behind the skin technician was wonderful.
I had booked the wrong facial treatment and it wasn’t business as usual she’s advised what was best for my skin and altered my treatment.
