Went to Ronan as I had a tightness in my neck which was affecting sleep as well as general comfort. It was definitely deep tissue and fairly intense however it released a lot of the tightness I had been experiencing. During the massage Ronan also moved into my hip area and found an issue I wasn't even aware of until I walked out. My movement and general feeling when walking felt much better.
The deep tissue is not for the faint hearted or if you cannot handle pain. Definately recommend.

I chose Ronan due to his incredible rating and skill set, and I went back multiple times because of his incredible talent and personal skills.
I am a trained masseur so have had plenty of deep tissue and sport massages in my time, so I am quite finicky with massages. But Ronan worked my problematic neck with amazing dexterity, and gave me one of my best ever massages.
