I went to this salon based on the reviews here on TW but also I liked the bios on the salon website. I knew I needed someone to give me a consultation about my hair colour and what it needed, so I didn’t want to go to a salon where you have to sometimes tell the professionals what you think is best; rather I needed the trained experts to tell me.
Sarah was amazing. She took the time to talk to me and we went through a process which resulted in me being really happy with the end result. I booked 4 hours so we had the time to try things but everything she did, I loved! It’s more natural looking now, I loved how she dried and styled it and I’ll definitely be back again as I think I could have found my new fav salon in London....not easy to do!
