I had a friendly greeting the moment I walked in and immediately felt very welcome. The space is small but intimate so you don't feel like 'just another customer'.
I explained the look I was going for with Irene and she took her time to understand and offered her honest opinion in turn, emphasising on the longevity and maintenance of the cut beyond my visit there. The whole experience didn't feel rushed at all and I felt very relaxed and well taken-care of, even when it was near closing time. I also had the most in-depth fringe-trim ever, which I really appreciated!
2 weeks later my cut is still looking amazing and as expected thanks to Irene's consultation, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!
