I was very pleased to find London Proper in my neighbourhood and be able to get an appointment on the day. Krissy is very sweet, very polite and helpful, and also a very good stylist. I was very pleased with my haircut and the blow-dry styling, and especially happy with the head massage. :)

Salon is lovely and the staff were great. Sarah did a fabulous job on my cut and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She even gave great tips for upkeep. The current offer is fantastic value for money. Have already booked to return for a colour.
