The process started quite badly with no information on how to get into the venue. The massage was good in parts, definitely had firm pressure. However it was fairly uneven and focussed too much on applying high pressure with the elbows and forearms rather than any manipulation of the muscles that was really required. Some areas that were highlighted as requiring work were given only cursory attention, and although some parts felt good, it was inconsistent and the main issues were not resolved.
