Jarek is a kind soul and a very calm personality- the venue itself is an oasis of calm tucked away in the middle of busy Shoreditch. I've never had alternative therapies before so reiki was life changing in a small way- will definitely be coming back!

Very effective but painful as expected! Would highly recommend for working out your knots but this is not your relaxing spa experience

Prior to my appointment, i had a really sore neck. Jarek found all my sore areas and applied a good amount of pressure to help remove all the muscular tension that had built up. It feels better after a few hours so hopefully it will be perfectly fine overnight. Will definitely be booking another one.

A great strong massage, definitely more sports massage than relaxing, but definitely what I needed to work on the knots in my shoulders.

Best massage in town. Spot on. Slightly tricky to find if it's your first time there - you need to go through the gym.
