Monica is a physiotherapist and so as well as providing a great massage, she took the time to understand my concerns and explain what she was doing to relieve my symptoms. She regularly checked to see how comfortable I was with the treatment and was happy to answer any questions I had. She ended the session with some exercises I could do at home to help manage my symptoms. Professional and friendly, would recommend!
