She is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a qualified Yoga teacher. Her strengths lie within treating an array of sporting injuries after years of working with professional, semi-professional and amateur marathon runners; triathletes; rugby players; golfers; cyclists; netballers; yogi's and all sorts of other sportspeople as well as the stress and muscle tension associated with office and laptop work environments.
Eoin is a Chartered Physiotherapist and also provides Sports and deep tissue massage services. Eoin has worked extensively with an array of sports professionals, including sports players, marathon runners, triathletes and cyclists, helping them through their injuries with both massage and Physio rehabilitation programmes. Eoin also works with professional dance academies, helping their dancers make it to the West End. Eoin is a qualified Pilates teacher and is an ex-rugby player and gymnast.
Sam is a qualified Sports Massage therapist and is in her final year of Osteopathy studies. She uses a mixture of Sports, Deep tissue and other techniques to give her clients relief from sports injuries and general aches and pains as well as providing injury recovery and prevention advice. Sam played Lacrosse for England and has suffered from multiple sports injuries herself providing her with an in-depth understanding of sports injury, injury recovery both physically and mentally.
