Annabelle is a registered osteopath, yoga teacher and Massage therapist. Annabelle works extensively with athletes, using her combined skill set to help her clients with injury prevention and sports injury prevention.
Sam is a highly trained Sports Massage therapist who has been involved in body work for many years. Sam works collaboratively with the team of Osteopaths and Physiotherapists at London-Osteo, drawing on their skills and advice and learning from them to enhance her Sports massage skills and treatments, ultimately resulting in better patient outcomes. She is also studying to be an Osteopath, providing her with a larger skill set and an indepth knowledge and understanding of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Sam was a team GB lacrosse player through which she sustained multiple injuries that piqued her interest in sports rehabilitation and massage work. She works extensively with sports injury, working with the Luxembourg Men's national Lacrosse team as well as various london club teams. Yet she can also provide deep tissue and more relaxing variations to her sports massage for people who work long hours and are struggling with tension, stress and day to day aches and pains. Her ethos is "prevention, performance, recovery & rehabilitation"
