I was very frustrated. The lady who was doing the pedicure left pedicure tools directly on the floor where I leave my shoes and re-used on me. I asked if she can change the tools and put the things on a towel or a paper at least. She was poor at English, did not understand and done the same thing again. She left the procedure unfinished and left the room.
