I was disappointed with the gel removal service I received. I still have some patches of clear gel on my nails so they aren't smooth and feel quite damaged. I had 2 nails that had broken and once the gel was completely removed, these 2 nails weren't filed or shaped during my appointment. There was no extra care provided during my service, which I don't necessarily blame the therapist for. The service is so rushed. I only come to this salon for convenience.
