I've been coming to LNC for over a year now and I've seen lots of the nail techs come and go. I've come to expect a certain standard and unfortunately I didn't have the best results this time which is very disappointing. Specifically, the paint job on my manicure is not as close to the cuticles as usual. It's only been a couple of days and it already looks grown out. Also, the tips have not been wrapped - generally the paintwork down the sides is uneven and patchy. Happy to chat to management.

As always, wonderful pedicure and Naz is lovely. Prices have gone up significantly so I would expect something to support this, no hot drink offered and staff standing around chatting. This will now have to be a ‘treat’.

Love this salon and manicures usually last a very long time. Given the prices have gone up 20-30% - which is much more expensive than many of the salons in London, I would have expected that clients should be offered a hot drink and not just water

It’s always wonderful having my nails done by the lovely Saba! She has incredible attention to detail and I always leave feeling like a million dollars. Such a shame that the prices have increased so drastically - I won’t be coming as often now.
