I've been coming to LNC for over a year now and I've seen lots of the nail techs come and go. I've come to expect a certain standard and unfortunately I didn't have the best results this time which is very disappointing. Specifically, the paint job on my manicure is not as close to the cuticles as usual. It's only been a couple of days and it already looks grown out. Also, the tips have not been wrapped - generally the paintwork down the sides is uneven and patchy. Happy to chat to management.

As always, wonderful pedicure and Naz is lovely. Prices have gone up significantly so I would expect something to support this, no hot drink offered and staff standing around chatting. This will now have to be a ‘treat’.
