Adrian was super knowledgeable and professional. He talked me through the issues I was having and made sure I understood what the potential underlying issues were. He did a lot things - physio, some cupping, stretching and manual manipulation on all the affected areas and I felt a LOT better right away. The pain was gone by the next day which was even more impressive. I definitely recommend this practitioner.
