Between booking and paying on 28/4 the name of the salon had changed. The lady I was due to see wasn’t there so I was squeezed in between other clients. Wash, cut & dry took only 31mins. The lady washing my hair managed to spray water over my face, twice. She took a long time to wash - I think mainly to waste time so the stylist was free to cut. He took about 18mins to cut and dry. Not a great experience.
