Was surprised as no health and safety check at all… no description of what would be happening during the treatment and not asked how lifted I wanted my lashes… one eye is great but the other is so curled the lashes are sitting on my lid so feels very uncomfortable and doesn’t look great…. £70 for a 25 minute treatment is also expensive!
