The venue is lovely and my technician was friendly, but I think a proper consultation would have helped. All I was asked was what effect I would like - I said I wanted a slightly bolder lift because previous ones I’ve had elsewhere were very subtle, but the result this time is quite over-curled and actually makes my lashes look shorter. I feel that if a bit more time had been spent looking at my natural lashes, my eyeshape etc and what would suit them, the outcome could have been better.
