LadyLash seems to have a frequent turnover of staff beautician/lash artists. Nothing wrong with that as the ladies get trained, gain practise and move on. Having said that, I am the kind of customer who doesn't really pay attention to details such as what length my usual extensions are, what the brown/black ratio is, whether they are longer on outside than inside...all these information I trust my lash studio with in order to make me look pretty. But then you have an appointment with a brand-new staff member who is too new and timid to ask you all these things, and there seem to be no detailed files on customers, and then the result is ...well, not as great as it could be. A problem that could easily be avoided by recording customer's preferences on file.
I decided to try lash extensions on a whim while in London. I read about Lady Lash and thought they sounded good. I worked with Dori and she did a great job. I was not sure what to expect but the results surpassed my expectations. What most amazed me was I did not feel any difference around my eyes. I could not feel the extensions or their added volume/weight. I was a little nervous about the upkeep but it has been very easy. I would highly recommend this salon.
I thought I had booked my appt through TW (like I occasionally do) but sth must have gone wrong (I was abroad and in the middle of nowhere when I booked, that might have been the reason). And only en route to LadlyLash did I realise that I couldnt find the confirmation email. So I contacted LL and while my booking couldn't be found, luckily, someone else had just cancelled! Hurray. So I was offered this slot, arrived as planned (by me), and had the most proficient Eyelash (Senior/Master?) Artist name Caroline who managed to reduce the infill application time to 1hr which saved me time AND money.
Great service on all accounts! I have been a LL-customer gor several years now, and they never knowingly let me down;)
