Been going here for the last 2 years and Natasha (master lash technician) has been doing my lashes for the last 18 months and I can't fault her. I don't have to remind her of my preferences, i just shoe up, sleep for an hour and wake up looking fab. definately recommend.
I have used junior lash technicians if she's on holiday and they are really good too they just take longer. So you need an extra full infill, it would probably take Natasha an hour but a junior may take 1 hour 20 mins.
