I’ve been coming to see Farah for over a year now and I travel to Hammersmith especially for her treatments. I usually get underarm and Hollywood wax (it varies between strip or hot wax) Farah is a very welcoming and lovely lady who immediately puts you at ease. One of the best things about the waxing is that she is quick yet very thorough as she’s extremely experienced. I will continue to always visit the Salon for the two or even more treatments.

So I loved my hair treatment however she charged me extra £20 for my hair length. This wasn't mentioned on the website at all. Anyway my lash treatment was horrible! She didn't ask what length I wanted and just went in. So when I told her that this wasn't the length I was going for she literally trimmed the lashes using scissors while they were stuck on my eyelashes. ALSO the glue wasn't strong enough and all the clusters fell off after few hours. Waste of money. Not coming back
