From the moment we entered, the therapist was making comments about our appearance and was being extremely rude. I booked to get shellac done (which she stated would last up to 3 weeks) and it barely lasted 3 days, and peeled off too perfectly. Would not recommend.

I had a face peeling which was ok but the brow lamination was really not good. Absolutely no difference on my eyebrows... The lady asked me to sit on a chair with my coat and my cross body bag on. Really not confortable. She also asked me for 10£ extra if I wanted a tint and 7£ extra if I wanted her to touch my brow shape... If you have 45£ to spend, you should better go somewhere else.

Farah has a very pleasant personality and was very kind and welcoming. I had half head highlights, haircut and blow dry done and am super happy with the result. Farah worked non-stop for 2 hours 20 minutes and made sure the highlights looked very natural. I had to pay £10 extra because of my extra long hair but had already anticipated that since my hair was a few inches longer than shoulder length and I had just booked it for “long hair”.
