The shop is very tacky looking, the staff are very unprofessional. It seems as though they have no idea what they’re doing. Farah kept telling us to do extra treatment so she can charge us more money which she did anyways claiming she gave me a face massage with extraction which she did not. It made me feel uncomfortable that she was forcing us to agree to getting extra treatments when we said no like 10 times. I would not recommend or ever visit again. Terrible experience
