I had a brilliant and relaxing experience. Farah was great! Even though the shop had been flooded the evening before, she managed to dry up floor before my visit! (even though most of the big shops in the king Street remained closed!).
Farah was very thorough and knew instinctively what parts need more attention!
She literally covered my head to my toes!
The music was so relaxing and therapeutic
I came out of there feeling on cloud nine.
I will definately be returning there in a couple of weeks!

The shop is very tacky looking, the staff are very unprofessional. It seems as though they have no idea what they’re doing. Farah kept telling us to do extra treatment so she can charge us more money which she did anyways claiming she gave me a face massage with extraction which she did not. It made me feel uncomfortable that she was forcing us to agree to getting extra treatments when we said no like 10 times. I would not recommend or ever visit again. Terrible experience

The best! I’ve never had such wonderful experience. My skin felt calm and the whole process made me feel so comfortable. The end results were amazing ! Will be bringing my girl friends with me ! Thank you for making me feel so special !
