The issue we had is that the lady who was giving my wife a massage wouldn’t leave her alone to disrobe and actually undid her bra without asking. My wife is uncomfortable being touched by strangers at the best of times and was only there in the first place because of a chronic pain condition. You were asked to leave and you didn’t and then you removed her underwear without asking. You then charged her for a service you only offered to her because you were running late and we had to wait around.

She was really sweet but the place looked really dirty also she didn’t do my pedicure properly. The varnish was painted on really messy... and after she filed my nails down, she blew the extra dust off by blowing air from her mouth onto my feet which is sooo unhygienic!!
