Farah was amazing when it came to styling my hair. She uses mostly organic hair products and always makes sure that the client isn't in pain. Always asking whether they are in pain or not. Now my hair is coming off to a great start and I'm looking forward to seeing my hair in a much healthier state.

Manager bad mouthed client before me as she was leaving. The towel they had put down in the massage chair was damp. The atmosphere in general felt quite dodgy. Massage was stressful, I was thinking I might bruise in places throughout. Therapist pulled my ears as part of the massage. and told me off for wearing a cartilage piecing when getting a back massage?! The facial was sub par. The therapist attempted an extraction but it was too uncomfortable for me to let her continue.
