As my nails were being done a lady came in for a wax which was done in between giving me the base coat and colour so cleanliness not a priority as well as the fact it wasn't clear whether the instruments were sterile. I got shellac (this was saturday) and today it all peeled off as the colour must have been old. There were lots of exposed plugs and cables close to the basin for the pedicure which worried me too and the same towel and instruments were used on both my friend and I. Don't go here

Buyer beware! If you choose the blowdry and treatment for £35, it is not a blowdry with brushes but hair is air dried. This is not in the treatment description, & I had to pay extra 20 for blow dry with brushes. The treatment was ok- but for £55 my hair was not fabulous- it was smooth but very flyway and I suspect the keratin treatment was just a poor conditioner. when I got home I had to put a leave in condition spray on my hair to smooth it down. I won’t be going back.

Overall a good experience. Farah knows her stuff. Excellent massage.
The only thing which could be better is more staff so you don't have to wait in between treatments. Also, clear advertising as to what is included and isn't included in the Groupon deal.
Having said that, I will definitely go again for another massage.

I have returned for a second time to the salon to get lip blush as I was so happy with the lip liner and the results are so amazing - absolutely superb.Farah really gives more than 100% to her client and is so thorough and detailed in her work.I am happy with the hygiene - the seat was sprayed before I sat down, all needles for semi permanent make up were opened in front of me,I was given a detailed form to fill and review before the work was undertaken.I got a first class result for a great price
