Horrible place. I paid £18.99 for a lash removal here and a 5 y/o could do a better job than this. She was in a rush with another customer and after putting last remover on, just trying to rub really hard to the point i have to tell her im in pain so many times. Not only this she was doing a pedicure as well while coming back to brush my lashes and wasnt even sure if she washed her hand as my eyes had to be closed. She was also trying to pick my leftover lash with her bare hands.
