I recently booked an appointment at this new location on Goldhawk Road. It was very hard to find—hidden in the basement of an Afro hair shop with no clear signage. Unfortunately, the smell of sewage downstairs was overwhelming and the space felt unhygienic. The therapist was kind and tried her best, but the experience overall was disappointing.

I went for a full body massage and it was excellent. Farah applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session, and she clearly knew exactly which points of the body to focus on. I could feel the tension melting away with every movement. She was professional, attentive, and created a very calming atmosphere. I left feeling completely relaxed, lighter, and much more in tune with my body. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had — I’ll be coming back for sure!

Farah was pretty good and seemed experienced and skilled. Although i booked 30 mns for back massage she agreed to split it into 20 mns back and 10 mns foot. The surprise came when she demanded I added £10 which we did not agree to. She insisted she told me but I was sure she did not. I found it quite unprofessional. I would have happily given a £10 tip but not taken from me this way
