Overall you get what you pay for - 2 week shellac manicure was cheap, but quality wasn't as good as premium salons I have visited. Polish wasn't applied evenly to my nails leading to some bumpy areas of polish and not applied right to the edge of the nails on the side. Also there was a lot of over painting to my skin, which the beautician attempted to clean up. From a distance my nails look good but when you look closer you can see it was a bit of a shoddy job.

I had my eyebrows waxed here. the price is cheap but that's because you're not getting a luxury treatment. the lady was super friendly but it was very informal. I booked through treatwell so she said she didn't know which treatment I asked for exactly. she jumped between my treatment and another lady. I didn't mind this laid backness and found it amusing actually but I'm sure it wouldn't be the most ideal situation for others. the wax took 10 minutes if that but she did exactly what I wanted and did a nice temple massage afterwards.
