I am incredibly disappointed in the service. I was told because I had washed my hair recently, I didn’t need a wash. So I essentially paid £40 for 10mins of cutting 2cm off and 3sprays of water. The haircut is ok but I have paid less money for a much better experience, cleanliness, professionalism. Honestly I am so angry- I spoke to Farah for a partial refund and was told “next time I’ll play with your hair for longer”. I have never had such a bad experience like this before

This was a “Don’t judge a book by the cover” experience. The place itself needs a bit of TLC and not the warmest of welcomes. However, the therapist was very good at her job. On my exit I was pressured into doing a Google review there and then. Not by my therapist though.

Farah is friendly and efficient. The eyebrow threading itself was mediocre, cheap and cheerful. I left with eyebrow hairs all over my face and when I got home noticed one wasn't removed which I had to pluck. Attention to detail could be improved.
