The worst nails I have ever had!
Save your money and go somewhere else, I walked out and went to another salon that evening to get them redone they were that bad!
I had a wash and blow dry and have awarded it 4 stars. Friendly and welcoming staff. I will recommend this salon to my friends.

I never write reviews, even when something wrong happens, but this is way too much!
This has been the worst experience ever. First of all, the professional lady who was supposed to do my nails did not come for the appointment, so her colleague, who apparently is a hairdresser, served me. Her hands were shacking, so the nail polish was all over the place, some nails were over-covered with colour, even on my skin, and some of them where done only in the central part, so I had no nail polish on the sides.
I want to specify that this was a shellac manicure, so I was supposed to go to work in that conditions and remove it only in a salon after weeks.
When I expressed my disappointment, the lady first said that she was going to fix it, and after, when she did even a worse job, she said that for her the nails were nice, and if I did not like them it was my problem.
I asked her to remove it and leave the place with my money back, but she refused to refund me because she used the nail polish already in my nails so I had to pay for it and she wanted me to keep it for a week and come back to remove it for £10!!!
At that point I just wanted to leave, so I asked her to remove it for good. I was shocked when I saw that she left all my skin still with the colour and some nails still had the base coat on. I even took a picture to post online!
I am speechless.
Overall I am very happy with my semi permanent eyebrow result. Good value for money, I would recommend this treatment at this salon.

The salon staff is friendly, but the treatment was very unprofessional.The lady was busy talking on the phone most of the time.Firstly she did not wash my hair prior to hair coloring and once she applied the color did not cover the hair i at all.
I was not offered any magazines to read and there was no music in the salon or TV.Felt so much bored while the lady was rushing my treatment to take all the calls.Even though I paid for the treatment online I was asked to pay 30 pounds extra for blowdry.I refused as I thought I paid for my whole treatment.then i was offered a very rough dry and was left with a partially wet hair to go out in the cold weather.After that I had such a bad headache,What a nightmare,
