Was disappointed with my experience. First girl didn't have my booking, wasn't particularly welcoming, started my manicure and then admitted she didn't know how to do shellac and the technician hadn't turned up but she would 'try'. I wasn't happy with that but luckily the technician turned up as I was about to walk out. She did an OK job but not perfect. She was apologetic of the wait and very nice, but then took not 1 but 2 phone calls during my treatment! The salon itself is a bit dingy and the equipment all seemed quite old. They didn't even use a fresh paper lining, it had someone else's nail colour on. It was cheap but I wouldn't go there again.

Shellac manicure was very good and I am still happy with it 3 weeks later, however the actual cuticle treatment and filing was done with non-sterilized personal tools from what I gathered. This would put me off for hygienic reasons and that is why I rated cleanliness with 2 stars.

I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment was scheduled to begin and was greeted warmly. The service was professional, punctual, and delivered with a smile.
Had my hair cut here, she took about an inch more off than I asked for as she was free cutting it, with no comb or even her fingers for guide. It wasn't straight at all, and she used thinning scissors for layering which completely messed up my hair. Had to go to another hairdresser straight after and pay to get it done again. Will never come here again - I was on edge the whole time.

All the treatments I have had do far have been excellent.. the staff at every friendly too
I've had the keratin hair treatment 3 times now and it's just brilliant! It really made my hair soft and took away all my frizz :-) so very happy with that. Will definitely be going again
