Worst waxing I have ever had. The wax in the roller kept getting stuck, was really sticky and clumpy and uncomfortable as it was being applied. Towards the end of the wax the therapist changed the roller to a new one which was far too hot and painful do I asked the therapist to stop waxing me. When I got up from the bed my legs were covered in large clumps of wax and bits of paper from the hygiene cover on the bed, the therapist proceeded to try and pick the wax off my legs with her fingernails - she had no gloves on and this is a totally inappropriate and unhygienic method of removing wax, I asked her to stop doing this but her English was very limited and Im not sure she understood why I wanted her to stop! Will definitely not be back.

The hairdresser was nice but it felt like it was her first highlights treatment. She struggled to apply the product on my hair and at the end there was issue in the color- looked like stripes and a spot at top of my head!!
In addition the blow-dry was very difficult- taking a lot of time and leaving the brush in my hair while getting the hairdryer
I would not recommend this place of any hairdressing treatments even a blow dry.

This was my very first time having a Brazilian blow dry Keratin treatment. And I am so happy I went there and had it done. Farah did an amazing job. Everyone at work kept telling how great I look. Thank you Farah. I will return and also brings friends .
Jila was very sweet and kind throughout my treatment session with her and did a great job. Her personal approach was great and I would return because of it. Thank you Jila again for providing such a good-value service!
