I didn't expect a sparkly salon so I thought the venue was ok; I had a Brazilian blow dry and paid for the most expensive option as my hair is curly. The first thing that was said to me on arrival was that I needed to pay an extra £20. I had checked the salon website and "long" was the last option however apparently "extra long" exists somewhere as does Afro? (my hair is just past shoulder and curly) anyways I had come all that way and already paid £90 so wasn't going to leave for the sake of £20 provided she used the best keratin product she had.
Blow dry itself was fine, took a couple hours and I was told I didn't have the leave this one in for 3 days but best to keep it for a few anyways. It's not the best keratin I have had, my hair is still wavy but it's still helped a fair bit in styling. Service wise; I personally wasn't too impressed by the introduction but the lady seemed nice just a little too sketchy with prices and offers and you do get a feel of being constantly sold to; not that this bothers me as I have no issues saying no to something I don't want.
Farah is a star! A real professional with years of experience in beauty and treating women. She will fulfill her service with an extra dose of true care and personal touch.
I booked a standard manicure, when i got to the place the owner asked "shellac manicure" i said no standard.
she still gave me a shellac manicure, having never heard of shellac i didn't reconize it. And she asked me to pay more at the end - for solething i didn't want.
The tzchnique wasn't great either, and my nails were not properlly shaped.
I won't be going back
