Broken lamp meant some of my toes aren't properly done. They look good but now but have had to have many layers removed or redone so I doubt they'll last. Aside from that the lady was nice, but I could tell she was not experienced. Unfortunately this meant the treatment took extra time lasting also the 1.5 hours. The effect looks good the next day so if you have time and want to save money use the salon. Staff are nice and try their best.

I've had better eyelashes done previously but they were OK. Tge stylist kept trying to up-sell to me which got an it tedious. It was a chair rather than a bed and so it wasn't all that comfortable for an hour.
I asked for my hair to be cut by about four inches but she took about six and now my hair is too short to put up for work which was my main point to her. She said she was going to keep my hair so was this on purpose...!? Once they cut it though, what can you do!?
I was quite disappointed and now I will have to wait a few months before my hair is back at the length I wanted it. At least she dried it nicely.
I won't be returning though.

My haircut experience was average but my overall experience was not so pleasant.
I paid for my haircut online and I thought I had paid for a haircut and blow dry. Usually in any salon I have ever been in my life, that includes a wash before the cut. However it turned out it is not the case. Turns out I had to pay extra on the day for the wash.
That again would not have been too much of a problem, if the hairdresser checked with me before she started washing my hair!
Also throughout the wash and the cut the hairdresser didn't tell me I would have to pay extra. It is only when I thought I was done, I was asked to pay £10 extra and on top of that £1.50 extra for the card payment. I thought it was very unprofessional and non transparent behaviour.

Pleasantly pleased at the cost, competency and friendliness of the perm service given it was a last minute choice at an unknown salon.
