I had a terrible time at this venue. Firstly I had a call the night before the appointment telling me they had double booked and were being very pushy about me making my appointment earlier. To which I said I would try. Went for eyelash perming, First Lady was nice but very quiet. After she took the solution off, on my left eye the lashes were slightly permed ( but no where near as good as what I'm used to ) and the other eye was exactly the same.
I told the manager I wasn't paying for it because it looked terrible and she argued the toss with me. She said she would do it again and proceeded to get the perm mixture all over my eyelid which has now burnt my lid. It's so sore and the eyelashes still don't look good. The one eye that wasn't done properly now has lashes sticking out at all angles. Worst salon I have ever been to, they didn't appear to know what they are doing. No wonder the rating is so bad

The colour itself was ok but I didn't really like to be rushed at the end because she was alone and there was another client waiting (she dried my hair very quickly and they were still a bit wet when I left)
