Farah and Farzana are both wonderful; welcoming and talented. I had a wonderful massage with Farzana who was very intuitive and was also happy to take and accommodate direction, I felt so relaxed after the massage. Farah cut my hair, she is skilled and matter of fact and having had my hair cut by her twice now I know that I am in good hands!

Not impressed at all!! Yes cheap £35 for gel mani and pedi. Lack of colours!! If I could post a picture of my nails I would. Will have to get them re done for wedding this weekend (don't no where I'm going to find the time. Only one member of staff. And the picture above of the salon is completely different to the place I saw! Very annoyed at the lack of colours if I had not paid directly by card I would of walked out.

My visit was not great and I came out feeling very upset and overwhelmed. The lady was the only one in the salon and she was rushing around. In doing so she did neglect her clients. I had to brush my own hair - which I didn't mind as it is tuggy and thick. However, when my hair was dried I had very inconsistent highlights and large patches of blonde in random places. Instead of an apology I was challenged and told I had to pay an extra fee for the blow dry. I was very disappointed in the way she dealt with my concern with my hair and I am shocked at what she said. The lady next to me proceeded to leave the salon even though her hair had not been finished because she was so dissatisfied with how I was being treated. I was disappointed because I know she was rushed and I kept making excuses in my head for her but the point being my hair was a mess and she didn't make an attempt to apologise. I believe she rushed to get my hair done and she did not cover all of it. I am very disappointed and I don't ever complain or leave reviews never mind bad reviews but I genuinely am so disheartened and upset by the way I was dealt with. I hope it never happens to anyone else and that she can learn from this.
