Farah was brilliant. The other staff very welcoming and friendly. My appointment did not start on time. The front of the beauty clinic on the outside could be updated. The interior was a little claustrophobic. The decor; fixtures and furnishings need a revamp especially the towels. The beauty room is too small. I felt a little cold by the end of the treatment. The actual treatment was very good and very effective thereafter.
