"I went to this salon as there was an offer for shellac nails but would definitely recommend not going for nails. I cannot comment on their other services but I have never had such a bad nail job done.
When choosing the colour I decided to pay extra for a silver chrome, however after having to ask for the black base to be reapplied 3 times due to bits missing and not straight application, the salonist put the wrong colour chrome on, even though I voiced my concerns twice that it was gold. After one hand applied with gold chrome (also not straight job), I was so upset at the bad job, I said it would be better to remove it all and not continue. She then admitted she got it wrong and left the acetone on my nails for 15mins, which we know is way too long and starts to re-adhese after 10mins. Even the removal was not good, leaving black bits around the sides.
I was going on holidays the next day and getting my nails done was a treat, but I could not go away with such botchy nails. I was almost in tears leaving the salon but the salonist refused to give a refund as I had chrome on one hand and she did “the removal for free”. Unfortunately I hate to leave a bad review, initially the salonist was very friendly and welcoming, but when someone does not try to keep a customer happy when they are clearly upset, I just find this rude. Therefore I would not recommend for nails."
